have to pay these companies to register your domain. This keeps domain
names separate from hosting so that you can move it to any server
you desire. Typical registrations terms are for 2 years.

POP3 (Post Office Protocol-version
3) E-mail boxes are virtual mail boxes on our server which will hold
e-mail addressed to your domain. These are the same type of
"mail boxes" you have on your local Internet Service Provider
for receiving mail. You can obtain your e-mail by using
an e-mail program (such as Microsoft Outlook or Eudora) from your
personal computer. Any customer or associate may e-mail
you at your new domain name, and you retrieve the mail as often as
you wish.

do I set up Outlook to send and download e-mail?
You can either use the automatic setp found in your cpanel. Go
to Mail then to Manage/Add/Remove
Accounts. At the far right of your e-mail account it says configure
outlook express. Click this link. This only is visible in Internet

What do I put for both incoming and outgoing
mail server?
For both incoming and outgoing mail server put mail.yourdomain.com
How can I setup webmail to go directly to
horde, neomail or squirrel mail?
Login to the one you prefer to use after doing so copy the entire
url from your address bar. You will not login to your cpanel and
create a subdomain to go to the address you just copied.

Go to http://yourdomain.com/cpanel
Click on the Mail icon
Click on Auto-responders
Click on add auto-responder
e-mail is your e-mail address
From is your name or who you want the e-mail to say it is from
Subject is the subject you want them to see such as "I am on vacation"
Leave
character set alone
Choose HTML if you want it sent as an
HTML message otherwise it will be sent as a plain taxt message
Body is where you put your message to those sending you e-mails.
To remove an autoresponder you go to the same place and click
delete.
